Vulkan Vegas terms and conditions explained
Nobody reads casino terms from start to finish, and you do not need to. But a few sections decide whether a win is paid out or a bonus is cancelled. This page summarises them in plain English – the casino's own terms always take priority, so use this as a map, not a replacement.

Who you are dealing with
Vulkan Vegas is run by Brivio Limited and holds a gaming licence issued in Curaçao. When you register, your contract is with the operating company, under the law named in the terms. The licence number and certificate are shown in the casino's footer.
Account rules
- Age: you must be at least 18, or older if the law in your country says so.
- One account: one account per person, household, device and payment method.
- Accurate details: your registration details must match your ID. Accounts with false details can be closed and winnings voided.
- Your country: you must not register from a country the casino does not accept, or use a VPN to appear elsewhere.
- Security: you are responsible for keeping your password safe. Bets placed with your login count as yours.
Bonus terms
The general bonus terms apply to every offer, and each offer can add its own:
- Wagering requirements must be met within the time limit, or the bonus and its winnings are removed.
- A maximum bet applies while a bonus is active – €5 per spin or round.
- Only some games count towards wagering, at different rates; some are excluded.
- Only one bonus can be active at a time.
- Winnings from some offers, especially no deposit bonuses, are capped.
- "Irregular play" – such as betting patterns designed to clear bonuses without risk – can lead to cancellation.
Our bonus overview explains what these rules mean in practice.
Withdrawals and verification
- Your account must be verified before your first withdrawal.
- Withdrawals are paid to the method you deposited with where possible.
- The casino can ask for additional documents, including proof of the source of funds for large amounts.
- Withdrawal limits per transaction and per period apply, and very large wins can be paid in instalments.
- Deposits usually need to be wagered at least once before they can be withdrawn – a standard anti-money-laundering rule.
See the payment methods guide for amounts and times.
Dormant accounts
Accounts with no activity for a long period can be charged an inactivity fee or closed, after notice. If you stop playing, withdraw your balance first.
Closing your account and self-exclusion
You can ask support to close your account at any time. If you want to stop gambling, ask specifically for self-exclusion – that blocks the account for a set period or permanently and stops marketing messages. A plain closure may be reversible on request; self-exclusion is designed not to be.
Complaints
- Contact live chat and ask for a clear explanation.
- If that does not resolve it, send a written complaint by email with the details.
- Allow the casino the response time stated in its terms.
- If you are still not satisfied, you can turn to the licensing authority or independent mediation services.
Tip: Keep screenshots of bonus terms, chat conversations and your balance when something goes wrong. Clear evidence makes every complaint easier.
Frequently asked questions
Where can I read the full Vulkan Vegas terms?
On the casino's website, linked in the footer. The version on the casino's site is the one that applies.
Can the casino change its terms?
Yes, with notice. The version in force when you activate a bonus normally applies to that bonus.
What happens to my balance if my account is closed?
Your real balance is normally paid out after verification, unless the account was closed for a serious breach such as fraud.
Is vulkanvegas.boo responsible for the casino's terms?
No. We explain them, but the casino sets and applies them.
