Vulkan Vegas cashback
Cashback returns part of what you lost over the week. At Vulkan Vegas the rate depends on your loyalty level – between 3% and 12% – and the money comes with a low wagering requirement. For players who prefer the live casino or table games, it is often a better deal than any deposit bonus.

How Vulkan Vegas cashback works
At the end of each week, the casino looks at your net loss – your real-money deposits minus your withdrawals and your remaining balance – for that week. A percentage of that loss is returned to your account as a cashback bonus.
| Loyalty level | Cashback |
|---|---|
| Lower levels | From 3% |
| Mid levels | Rises with each status |
| Highest levels | Up to 12% |
The exact percentage for your status is shown in your account. The cashback comes with a 5x wagering requirement, much lower than the welcome package.
A worked example
Over one week you deposit €400, withdraw €50 and finish with €30 left in your account. Your net loss is €400 − €50 − €30 = €320.
- At 5% cashback you receive €16.
- At 10% you receive €32.
To withdraw the €32 you need to wager 5 × €32 = €160 – a realistic target for most players.
If you finish the week ahead, there is no cashback. That is how it should be: cashback softens losses; it is not a reward for playing.
When cashback is credited
Cashback for the previous week appears in the bonus section of your account early in the following week. If it needs to be activated, there is a time limit for doing so – check the bonus section on Monday or Tuesday so you do not miss it.
What usually does not count
- Bets placed with bonus money.
- Weeks in which you had an active deposit bonus, depending on the terms.
- Excluded games listed in the bonus terms.
Cashback or welcome bonus?
| Welcome bonus | Cashback | |
|---|---|---|
| When you get it | At deposit | After a losing week |
| Wagering | 40x bonus, 30x spins | 5x |
| Suits live and table games | Poorly | Well |
| Time pressure | Five days per stage | Short activation window |
If you play slots and like a bigger balance, take the welcome bonus. If you play live casino, blackjack or roulette, skip it and rely on cashback.
Play responsibly: Cashback can make a losing week feel cheaper than it was. Losing €320 and getting €32 back is still a €288 loss.
