Types of bonus explained

  • Deposit match – the casino adds a percentage of your deposit as bonus money. 120% on a €100 deposit means €120 extra.
  • Free spins – spins on a named slot at a fixed stake. Their winnings become bonus money.
  • No deposit bonus – a small amount of bonus money or free spins without depositing, usually for verifying your phone number.
  • Reload bonus – a deposit match for existing players, often weekly.
  • Cashback – part of your net losses returned, usually with a low wagering requirement.
  • Loyalty rewards – points from real-money play that you exchange for money, plus level-up gifts.

How bonus money works

Most Vulkan Vegas offers are paid as bonus money rather than cash. You can play with it, but you cannot withdraw it – or anything you win with it – until you have met the wagering requirement.

The wagering requirement is a multiple of the bonus. A €100 bonus with 40x wagering means placing €4,000 in bets on eligible games. When that is done, the remaining bonus balance turns into real money you can withdraw, up to any maximum cashout in the terms.

Your account shows real money and bonus money separately. Real money is normally used first; the bonus is used once your real balance has run out.

The rules that apply to every bonus

Maximum bet. While a bonus is active, a single bet may not exceed €5. The casino checks this automatically, and one oversized spin can be enough to cancel the bonus and the winnings made with it.

Time limit. Each stage of the welcome package has to be wagered within five days. Other offers state their own limit. Unfinished wagering means the bonus and its winnings are removed.

Game contributions. Slots normally count 100%. Table games, video poker and live games count much less or not at all, and some slots are excluded. The full list is in the bonus terms.

One bonus at a time. You cannot activate a new bonus while another is still being wagered. Finish or cancel the active one first.

One account per person. Bonuses are limited to one per person, household, device and payment method. Duplicate accounts are closed.

Important: Withdrawing while a bonus is active usually cancels the bonus. If you want to keep your real-money winnings, withdraw them before activating a new offer.

How to compare two offers

When two bonuses look similar, compare them on these points, in this order:

  1. Wagering requirement – the lower, the better. It decides more than the headline amount.
  2. Time limit – more days make the requirement more realistic.
  3. Maximum cashout – especially on no deposit offers.
  4. Eligible games – does the offer work on the games you actually play?
  5. Headline amount – only after the points above.

A €50 bonus with 10x wagering is usually worth more to a typical player than a €200 bonus with 50x.

Should you take a bonus at all?

A bonus is worth it when the terms fit the way you play:

  • Take it if you play slots, are happy with medium stakes and can finish wagering within the time limit.
  • Skip it if you mainly play live casino, roulette or blackjack, if you like big bets, or if you want to be able to withdraw at any moment.

You can decline the welcome bonus when you deposit. If you change your mind later, ask support to cancel an active bonus – any bonus money and bonus winnings are then removed, but your real balance stays.

Frequently asked questions

What is the best Vulkan Vegas bonus?

For slot players, the welcome package gives the most value per euro deposited. For table and live players, weekly cashback is usually the better deal because it has a low wagering requirement.

Can I withdraw a Vulkan Vegas bonus?

Not directly. Bonus money becomes withdrawable after you have met the wagering requirement, up to any maximum cashout.

Can I have two bonuses at the same time?

No. Only one bonus can be active. Finish or cancel the current one before claiming another.

Why was my bonus cancelled?

The usual reasons are a bet above €5, playing an excluded game, missing the time limit or a duplicate account. Ask support to name the rule in writing.

Are Vulkan Vegas bonuses available in every country?

No. Offers and amounts depend on your country and account currency. What you see in your account is what applies to you.
