Where to enter a promo code

There are two places, depending on the offer:

1. During registration – some partner offers have a code field in the sign-up form. Enter the code before you submit the form; it cannot be added afterwards.
2. In your account – open the bonus section (often called "Bonuses" or "Promotions") and look for the promo code field. Enter the code and activate it before you deposit, otherwise the deposit will not count for the offer.

Why a code is rejected

• It has expired. Codes for existing players are usually valid for a few days.
• It is not for your country or currency. Many codes are limited to certain markets.
• Another bonus is active. Finish or cancel it first.
• It is personal. Codes sent to another player by email only work on their account.
• It was typed incorrectly. Codes are often case-sensitive – copy and paste them.
• You have already used it. Most codes work once per account.

Important: Codes posted on forums or social media "for everyone" are often old or fake. A code that asks you to log in on a site other than Vulkan Vegas is a phishing attempt – never enter your password anywhere except on the casino's own website.

Codes for existing players
