Every real-money bet at Vulkan Vegas earns loyalty points. Points move you up through ten statuses, can be exchanged for money and unlock better reloads and cashback. Here is how the system works and what each level brings.

How you join
Automatically. Your first real-money bet places you at the Novice level, and from then on points are added as you play. Bets with bonus money usually do not earn points.

The table follows the level structure published by the casino. "Points : money" is the exchange rate – at Novice level 10 points buy one unit of your currency, at VIP Diamond one point does. Exact figures can change, and your current level and rate are always shown in your account.

Exchanging points
Points can be exchanged for money in the loyalty section of your account. Exchanged money is usually credited as real money or with a low wagering requirement – the terms in the loyalty section say which. Because the exchange rate improves as you climb, there is a small advantage in letting points build up before exchanging them, but not a large one.
Is it worth chasing the next level?
The honest answer: only if you would reach it anyway. Look at the numbers – moving from Expert (10,000 points) to Professional (20,000) means betting a great deal more, and the extra reload percentage and cashback are worth far less than the cost of that extra play. Enjoy the rewards your normal play brings; do not raise your stakes to get them.
